Now the serial port has been found, are we allowed to use it?
If you get this when logged in as a normal user:
$setserial /dev/ttyS0
/dev/ttyS0: Permission denied
You do not have permission to access the serial port.

Permissions
Now the serial port has been found, are we allowed to use it?
